Metys By Diane

METYS

Diana Gadie is a young designer of African origin, more precisely from the Ivory Coast, where she draws her greatest inspiration.

  • “When asked where her passion for fashion comes from”, she responds with a smile from her father. She speaks of him as an ambitious person and a role model who has always supported and pushed him to achieve his dreams.
  • A business graduate, she decides to make her dream come true and depart for Lasalle Tunis, where she specializes in fashion design, training which she completes at Lasalle College in Montreal.

The origins of METYS

  • Citizen of the world and convinced that the world in which we live tends towards cultural interbreeding, this is how METYS was born on May 4, 2012. It is the beginning of a love story between this young woman and the rest of the world.
  • The METYS style is classic, minimalist, vintage and above all multi-functional, with “explosive” collections. The materials most often used are cloth, linen, silk, jeans, lace, etc.); and accessories (jewelry, bags, shoes, bow ties, etc.)
  • Her first collection called “BAZAAR” is the expression of the Africa-Canada mix, thus marrying with harmony and originality African patterns with soft fabrics.
  • “It is therefore in a world where the interbreeding of cultures and diversity are inevitable that Diana Gadie teaches us to be METYS.
